WP2.1. Revision of existing and development of new BSc/MSc courses

– All partners need to check the number of credits in each course. Currently, this data is inconsistent between reports.

WP2.2. Development of PhD research framework

WP2.3. Summer schools and on-site seminars for faculty and PhD students

WP3.3. Development of eScience modules for doctoral students

–      All PCs need to complete the ePortfolio of their PhD students. Template is sent to partners by Prof.Dr. Kalev after the meeting.

WP3.4. One summer school and 3 on-site seminars for faculty, technicians, and administrators

•      Partners sent students to summer school need to have the description of the selection procedure of the participants of the training; outcomes of the selection.

WP4.2. Development of arrangements for credit and physical mobility, sharing of experimental facilities, joint MSc & PhD supervision and research collaboration

–       MoU within PCs stakeholders and outsiders. There is the urgent need for preparation of the cooperation agreements between EU and PC universities; between PC universities, between PC universities and NGO.

⇨     Suggestion: each partner has at least 2 MoU signed with others

–       Using SUMARE forum set up by VN partners to frequently organise thematic topics sharing between PCs through webinar.

WP5.3. QA of staff development, IT deployment & dissemination

Those partners who take charge of QA need to report on staff development (summary and conclusions from the questionnaires during the training events and summer schools) and evaluation of dissemination activities through the whole project period.

WP6.1. Development and maintenance of social media accounts and promotion plan

Video clips with the information about the work on the project at their institutions. Some partners have been registered to produce the video clip and upload them to social media for promotion (UTP, UniKL, HCMUNRE, UMT have done). The rest are CTU?, VMU?, UTM?.

EU partners who gave the lectures to the training/ summer schools also need to produce the video clips (from 6 up to 10 min video length) for uploading social media.

PCs make announcement to students and lecturers to achieve a certain number of views on YouTube.
