The Sectoral Collaborative Platform (SCP) for Marine Coastal and Delta Sustainability for Southeast Asia (MARE) in Vietnam led by Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Resources and Environment- HCMUNRE.
The SCP within the frame work of the MARE project engages different organizations depending on the activity purposes, that designed for discussion and exchange knowledge between the project partners and stakeholders (employers, students, staff, representatives from industry, academia, unions and civil society organizations).
The platform took different organizational forms following the specific geographical contexts and existing stakeholder configurations and preferences. What their share in the common is the commitment to jointly explore options for regional sustainability through mutually beneficial cooperation arrangements.
This platform is designed for discussion and knowledge exchange between the project partners and stakeholders. In order to promote stakeholder-academic collaboration over MARE topics and to ensure its sustainability, the three forums have been established in this SCP as follows.
- Development of new training programs–DNeT. DNeT is connecting employers, scientists and Universities to discuss and propose suitable content to include in the training programs.
- Development of advanced education platform-DAEP. DAEP is to create a collaborative and knowledge-sharing platform that promotes the advancement, improvement, and innovation in digital education.
- Sustainable Management of Marine Resources and Environment-SUMARE. SUMARE is creating an academic environment among scientists, businesses, and institutions interested in the sustainable development of natural resources and the environment in marine and delta of Southeast Asia.
These forums are restricted to invitation only, and the mode can be the face to face or virtual meeting.

Diễn đàn SUMARE– Phát triển bền vững tài nguyên và môi trường vùng ven biển và đồng bằng do trường ĐH Tài nguyên và Môi trường TP.HCM thành lập nhằm mục đích tạo môi trường học thuật giữa các nhà khoa học, doanh nghiệp, cơ quan tổ chức, đoàn thể quan tâm đến vấn đề phát triển bền vững tài nguyên và môi trường ở vùng biển và đồng bằng khu vực Đông Nam Á. Đây là một trong những chuỗi hoạt động của dự án MARE – Tính bền vững vùng ven biển và đồng bằng cho cho khu vực Đông Nam Á.
Để thúc đẩy sự hợp tác học thuật giữa các bên liên quan về các chủ đề MARE, diễn đàn SUMARE đã được xây dựng và tổ chức không theo định kỳ. Hình thức tổ chức có thể trực tiếp hoặc trực tuyến.
Để nhận được đường link và thông tin sự kiện được tổ chức trên diễn đàn SUMARE, Quý vị vui lòng đăng ký thành viên. Khi diễn đàn SUMARE có tổ chức sự kiện, quý vị sẽ được BQT diễn đàn gửi email thông báo kèm thông tin chi tiết về sự kiện.
Điều kiện đăng ký thành viên tham gia diễn đàn SUMARE: trên 18 tuổi, quan tâm đến các vấn đề liên quan đến “Phát triển bền vững tài nguyên và môi trường vùng ven biển và đồng bằng”.
Ngôn ngữ sử dụng: Tiếng Việt hoặc tiếng Anh (có phiên dịch)
Quyền lợi của thành viên: được BQT thông tin các sự kiện của diễn đàn qua email; tham gia trực tiếp hoặc trực tuyến các sự kiện cá nhân quan tâm; đăng ký chia sẻ kết quả nghiên cứu của bản thân với các thành viên khác trong diễn đàn.
