2.Welcome
Prof. Dr. Le Hoang Nghiem, Vice President in HCMUNRE has given the welcome speech and officially opened the final meeting.
Prof. Dr. Le Hoang Nghiem- Vice President of HCMUNRE gave the open speed in the meeting.
Prof. Dr. Nghiem Le Hoang – Vice president sent the warm welcome to all Distinguished delegates, esteemed guests. He appreciated and was grateful for the achievements that the project brings to HCMUNRE in particular and the partner universities/ institutes in general. He wishes the project will be completed successfully and open up many opportunities for future cooperation.
